Location: Chennai Job Title: Network Engineer Company: Mindsprint Digital Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer to join our team at Mindsprint Digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting large corporate network infrastructures, with expertise in Data Center and LAN/WAN management. This role requires a deep understanding of networking and network security technologies, along with hands-on experience with various networking devices and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, Implement, and Manage Network Infrastructure: Develop and maintain robust network architectures for large-scale corporate environments, ensuring high performance and security. Data Center and WAN Management: Oversee the operation of Enterprise Class Data Centers, particularly those using Spine Leaf topology, and manage Global WAN Infrastructure across multiple sites. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for production environments, troubleshoot complex network issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Network Security: Implement and manage network security measures using FortiGate Firewalls and SSL VPN platforms. Cloud Networking: Manage cloud networking services on AWS and Azure, including VNET, VPN Gateways, VWAN, and Subnets. SDWAN Implementation: Design, implement, and troubleshoot SDWAN solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information clearly, and assist in new technology initiatives. Documentation and Monitoring: Utilize network documentation tools like Visio and SolarWinds for monitoring and diagnostics. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 8-10 years supporting networking services in large corporate environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in WAN, LAN, DC, VPN/Client Connectivity. Hands-on experience with Arista, Aruba, and Cisco Switches. Mandatory experience with Arista/Aruba Wireless Infrastructure and FortiGate Firewall platforms. Proficiency in F5 LTM/GTM/APM/AFM and WAN-Optimizers. Familiarity with Cisco Nexus 7k, 9k, Cisco 6500s, Cisco ASR/ISR routers, Cisco WAAS, Meraki, and Cisco ACS. Certifications: CCNA/CCNP Certification in at least one domain and ITIL certification are mandatory. Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking is required. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different geographies and time zones.
