Core Responsibilities Team Leadership & Product Delivery: Lead the mobile product delivery team, develop developer documentation, create sample applications, streamline client adoption, and spearhead feature development. Client Relations Meet with clients to facilitate integrations, anticipate pain points, and proactively resolve issues. Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the key aspects of the mobile product lifecycle, including limited development, publishing, and maintenance. Troubleshooting & Support : Investigate client-reported issues and ensure smooth product operation. Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 5+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, Kotlin, and/or Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM). Experience in mobile product lifecycle management (building, releasing, and maintaining apps). Previous experience in a Team Lead role, managing timelines and project planning. Expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications. Multiple apps published in the App Store/Google Play Store. Required Skills Deep understanding of OOP concepts and data structures (lists, hash maps). Expertise in designing user interfaces and providing feature/design suggestions. Ability to mentor mobile developers and collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Kotlin or KMM, with strong knowledge of threading techniques. Beneficial Skills Problem-solving abilities, risk management, and innovative thinking. Knowledge of security techniques (code obfuscation, minimizing vulnerabilities). Experience with app-based unit/stability testing. Experience in SDK development and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
