Job Description
Role : Lead Mobile Developer. Experience Level : 7+ years. Work location : Bangalore , Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, Mohali. Note : Only immediate joiner Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and define specifications for mobile applications. Architect, design, and develop mobile applications using hybrid frameworks (such as React Native), Xamarin, and native technologies (such as Swift, Kotlin). Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, working closely with the QA team. Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and reliability across different platforms (iOS and Android). Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to the development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mobile app releases, including beta testing and deployment to app Provide accurate and timely updates on project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
