Marketing and Communications Exp: 8 - 10+ Years Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad Requirements Who are we looking for We are looking for a Lead - Marketing to lead and drive the marketing activities of the organization by leveraging in-house talent and through outsourced channels. As a Lead Marketing, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for leveraging the best in class conventional and digital platforms in executing marketing strategy. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency in all marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all marketing efforts to achieve the business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Execute conventional and digital marketing roadmap Manage all marketing channels (e.g., conventional channels, website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency Execute ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing Strategies Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction Oversee our social media accounts Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment Liaise with Product, Design and Sales Heads to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies Motivate teams to achieve the organizational marketing goals Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out Stay up to date with market developments Skillset Required Proven work experience as a Marketing Professional Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns by leveraging conventional methods and digital platforms Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software Familiarity with web design Excellent analytical and project management skills Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills Educational and other Requirements Qualification: MBA Marketing, Relevant Academics with Certifications in Marketing Experience: 8 ~ 10+ Years S/he should be available for immediate joining,
