Job Title: Lead Java Full Stack Engineer Location: Pune, Maharastra Job Type: Full Time Job Preference: Hybrid, 2-3 times a week to the office. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end web solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot), front-end frameworks (like React or Angular), and cloud platforms. You will lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers in an Agile/Scrum environment. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks. Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and monitoring. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams. Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Ensure the applications are compliant with performance, security, and scalability standards.
