Job Description

As a highly skilled Java full stack Engineer with Angular, you will play a crucial role in our team by designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Java applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring best practices in software development. You will be responsible for developing technical solutions that prioritize quality, scale, and performance. Collaborating with the business, product management, and PMO on product roadmaps and quarterly planning sessions will be essential. Participation in code and design reviews to minimize rework and identify issues early in the process is a key aspect of your role. Working efficiently as part of a global team of engineers to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and delivery will be a priority. Your primary skill set should include proficiency in Angular UX, HTML, MS SQL, Java spring boot, and other typical UX skill sets. You should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Engineering and have at least 9 years of software development experience. Experience in designing and building MicroServices, APIs using Java, and deploying to cloud environments, preferably AWS, along with associated frameworks, will be required. A deep understanding of best design and software engineering practices, design principles, patterns, and unit testing is necessary. You should also have knowledge of server-side technologies (Java) and Microservices architecture, including design, REST, monitoring, and security. Experience with Angular, SOLID design principles, and strong database programming skills, preferably in SQL and NoSQL Databases, are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, deliver results amidst constraints, and proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment are also expected.
