Your core goal is to manage partnerships with influencer agencies and influencers themselves and deliver exceptional influencer marketing campaigns that are creative, strategic, and that deliver the best ROI. * You will be working on onboarding influencers agencies on an ongoing basis to strategize and plan potentially high-performing influencer programs and campaigns. * You will help with managing exclusive influencer talent and come up with ways we can provide more value to our exclusive talent. * You will be required to onboard, manage and engage mega, macro, micro & nano influencers, whether on a one-one basis, in communities, or via strategic/agency partnerships. * You will have to negotiate and work out win-win deals. * You will be the face of the company to talent, and we want each talent you work with to have an amazing experience. You will need to know when to be friendly, and when to be professional, and how to strike that balance. * Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with design and tech in order make our products more talent-centric & just more awesome.
