Job Description

As a DocuSign CLM Developer / Administrator at UST in Bangalore, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of DocuSign CLM solutions. With a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in configuring DocuSign Forms, Templates, Workflows, Approvals, and Clause Libraries. Your expertise in Salesforce writebacks and DocuSign CLM Administration, including user management, will be essential for success in this role. You will be involved in the deployment processes to production, issue resolution, and various testing phases such as Unit Testing, UAT, Regression, and Functional Testing support. Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes will be crucial, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle production issues effectively. Additionally, experience with DocuSign Insight, integration knowledge with Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, and Agile methodologies will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and administering DocuSign CLM components, managing project tasks, providing ongoing support for production incidents, and ensuring data integrity between CLM and connected systems. You will also support Salesforce integrations and mentor junior team members, manage documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives, participate in internal seminars and hackathons, demonstrate strong client communication skills, and actively learn and implement new ERP/CRM features.
