You should have a strong background in Java development, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot and microservices. Collaborating with Product Owners to gather and clarify requirements will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Working closely with QA to support testing, root cause analysis, and defect resolution will be crucial for the success of the projects. Driving agile ceremonies and ensuring the timely delivery of features will be part of your daily tasks. You will also mentor junior developers and manage backlog items effectively. To excel in this role, you should have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms. Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Hibernate, SQL, and web technologies is required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins will be beneficial. A strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalable architectures is essential for this position. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also important qualities for a successful Java Lead Developer. Preferred skills for this role include experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks, knowledge of design patterns, UML, and architectural best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools like JUnit would also be advantageous.,
