Job Description
You should have a strong background in Risk Management, HSE, Safety Management Systems, OMS Implementation, S&OR, and Hazard Identification. Your role will involve positively influencing Company and contractors personnel to manage their activities safely and align with Reliance Expectations. Your key responsibilities will include achieving continuous improvement in safety performance, supporting Projects Function in maintaining and improving the Operating Management System, fostering a positive HSE culture across the Projects organization, and driving HSE performance improvements. Additionally, you will support line functionaries in implementing and improving the Operating Management System, monitor and assist in completing corrective action items, and help in implementing critical HSE processes such as incident management, emergency management, risk management, etc. You should be proficient in HSE risk management tools and techniques like ESSA, HAZID, HITRA, ENVID, HAZOP, LOPA, bow tie analysis, and QRA. A degree in Engineering and/or equivalent professional qualification in Safety/Fire is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 to 15 years of overall experience in petroleum development project activities, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE.,
