Job Description
Location- Surat (WFO)
Experience- upto 7 Years
Relevant experience- 7 years is needed
Budget- 2.5 LPA- 6.5 LPA
Notice period- Immediate- 30 days (max)
Skills needed- Adminstration, Housekeeping, documentation on housekeeping.
Education Qualification- Bcom, Mcom, MBA or BBA or diploma in Hotel management course or have good knowledge in hospitality & housekeeping management and overall admin activities handle experience.
Job Description:
1. Having knowledge about overall housekeeping of offices, plant, washrooms, toilets, elevators of company.
2. Having experience about documentation on housekeeping.
3. Maintain checklist about the same of each and every area.
4. Able to handle manpower of Janitors / Supervisors.
5. Having good knowledge about safety
6. Overall responsible for Housekeeping materials and maintain the stocks with proper documentation and system.
7. He has to be proactive, immediate actioner and able to handle overall shift schedule of workers.
8. Having good communication skills and negation skills about the job profile.
9. Having knowledge about pest control activities and able to handle overall site pest control.
10. He has to reduce complaints about housekeeping and pest control.
