About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Check Executive with at least 6 Month of experience in lead verification, customer support, or telesales. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential leads in bulk and confirming whether they are genuinely interested in travel services. Your role is critical in ensuring only qualified leads are passed to our travel agents.

  • Key Responsibilities:Call or connect with a high volume of leads daily using company CRM or dialer systems.
  • Verify customer interest and intent to opt for travel-related services (flights, holiday packages, visas, etc.).
  • Cross-check and validate customer information (e.g., travel requirements, destination, budget, travel dates).
  • Identify and filter out non-genuine or irrelevant leads.
  • Mark and tag lead status accurately for the sales/travel consultant team.
  • Provide basic information about services if needed, but not engage in hard selling.
  • Maintain quality call standards and follow scripts/guidelines provided.
  • Report call outcomes and share feedback on recurring lead quality issues.
  • Requirements:Minimum 6 Months of experience in tele-calling, lead verification, BPO, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English and [regional languages, if applicable].
  • Basic understanding of travel-related services (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle call volumes efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
