Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced, innovative team. If you're a seasoned developer with strong leadership qualities, a passion for full stack technologies, and the ability to drive end-to-end application development this is your next big opportunity.

Youll lead a talented team in developing high-performance web applications for a top-tier digital content platform used on cutting-edge consumer electronic devices. This role offers a chance to work across the full stack using modern frameworks and to actively influence our tech strategy as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java SpringBoot and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Guide and mentor a team of 35 engineers through all phases of the SDLC.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and UI/UX to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Oversee code reviews, design discussions, and ensure alignment with coding standards.

• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive front-end code using React.js.

• Ensure cloud-native development with deployments on AWS.

• Maintain documentation, testing, and release pipelines for modules owned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 58 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead role.

• Strong command of:

  • Java, SpringBoot

  • React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

  • Microservices Architecture

  • RESTful APIs

• Experience with:

  • Modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM)

  • AWS cloud services

  • NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis) and RDBMS (MySQL)

  • Version control (Git)

• Agile methodology exposure (SCRUM); CSM/CSPO certification preferred.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and implement unit testing.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
