Job Description
You should possess a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech Electrical qualification and have at least 8-15 years of experience. Your role will involve utilizing basic and detailed engineering knowledge in various industries such as Power plants, Refineries, Offshore, Chemical, Metal & Mining industry, and Switchyard. Your responsibilities will include working on HV/MV/LV single line diagrams and protection schematics, lighting calculation & design, earthing calculation & design, lightning protection system calculation & design, cable trays and cable sizing, load calculations, electrical equipment sizing, preparation of data sheets/specifications, technical bid evaluation, and vendor drawing review. It will be preferable if you have experience in Heat Tracing Design, Cathodic Protection design, knowledge on Hazardous area classification, and proficiency in Short circuit calculations, load flow studies, relay co-ordinations, relay settings, CT sizing, harmonic analysis, transient analysis, and arc flash study using ETAP. You will be required to adhere to Quality Assurance / Management system, applicable procedures, Design basis, Applicable design guidelines / Standards / Specification as applicable, and handle interdisciplinary coordination. You should be able to lead projects with a team of around 5 associates, which includes technical leading, man hour estimates, evaluation & monitoring of progress, change log management, and ensuring quality. Moreover, you should possess strong communication skills to interact with clients, project managers, and other project stakeholders. Your role will also involve planning project-related activities and resources effectively. In terms of software skills, proficiency in MS Office, Autocad, Dialux, PDMS, E3D is required, with preference given to those with experience in using ETAP.,
