Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Engineer with a strong background in MEAN stack technology to become a part of our dynamic development team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design and construction of high-performance fintech products utilized by financial institutions worldwide. Your expertise in team leadership, enterprise application development, and the implementation of scalable architecture with modern technologies will be pivotal in driving our projects forward. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Developing and managing scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, Node.js) - Leading a team of 6-10 engineers to deliver top-notch software projects - Designing a microservices-based architecture and enforcing best coding practices - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, QA, and DevOps - Establishing and utilizing RESTful APIs for seamless data integration - Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance through unit testing and code reviews - Deploying and overseeing applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Docker - Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development and system architecture Key Requirements: - Possess 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development - Proficient in MEAN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, Node.js) - Thorough understanding of OOPs concepts, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks - Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development - Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases - Previous experience in team leadership and working on large-scale projects - Sound grasp of cloud platforms such as AWS and Docker - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills - Ability to write unit tests and adhere to code coverage standards - Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications: - B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college - Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 60% marks - Previous experience in a product-based organization - Experience in developing enterprise-level web applications - Demonstrated capability to work both independently and within a team Join Us to: - Work with cutting-edge fintech technology - Be a part of a rapidly growing and award-winning company - Collaborate with talented professionals from diverse global locations - Lead impactful projects that offer real-world financial solutions If you believe you possess the skills and experience to excel in this role, we look forward to receiving your application.,
