Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Engagement Specialist to join our team at the Ingersoll Rand corporate office in New Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to revenue growth. If you have a charming personality, great communication skills, and a knack for engaging conversations, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Prospect Outreach: Initiate calls to prospective clients sourced from industrial directories, past web leads, exhibition attendees, and social media extracts. Introduce our offerings and gather key insights to qualify leads. Lead Qualification & Management: Identify and nurture high-potential leads for further engagement. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing insights and customer feedback. Participate in training sessions to enhance outreach techniques. Performance Monitoring: Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Communication & Customer Engagement: Conduct professional and engaging conversations in Hindi and English. Any additional language proficiency is a plus! What Were Looking For Education: Graduate from a recognized institution. Experience: Telecalling, customer engagement, or lead generation experience preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, team player, and customer-centric approach. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Resilience & Energy: A proactive mindset and ability to handle rejections positively.
