Job Description

Lead a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET and MS technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring. Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions based on .NET technologies. Develop and maintain coding standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in the .NET ecosystem, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects. Create reproducible and predictable components, evaluating and understanding external/third-party components. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with cloud-based development. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). Previous experience in a client-facing role, interacting with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Experience with Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.,
