Job Title: Lead Developer React & Node.js Location: Chennai (On-site) Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using React and Node.js. Architect, design, and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient code. Mentor, guide, and manage a team of frontend and backend developers. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Code reviews, performance tuning, and ensuring coding standards are followed. Identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery management. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using React.js and Node.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management). Backend development expertise using Node.js with Express.js or similar frameworks. Experience in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations. Good knowledge of database technologies: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. Understanding of deployment pipelines (CI/CD), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
