Proficiency in a wide range of developer tools, familiarity with programming languages, and experience in system administration, networking, and security configurations are essential technical skills required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams, strong problem-solving abilities, project management experience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
