Role Overview: What Youll Be Doing Build & Scale Analytics: Set up and lead the analytics function from the ground upvision, tooling, frameworks, and processes. Perform deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, and automate reports to empower data-driven decisions across teams. Drive accurate data collection, tracking, and reporting practices. Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of analysts. Review analytical work, guide strategic thinking, and promote a culture of curiosity, precision, and impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Business, Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to solve high-impact problems with data. Champion data adoption across the organization. Data Infrastructure & Governance: Collaborate with Data Engineering to build robust data models and pipelines. Define key business metrics, ensure data quality, and drive documentation and governance best practices. You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have: 8 -12 years of experience in analytics or data science, including 4+ years in leadership roles. Expertise in SQL, and proficiency with Python, R, and dashboard tools like Metabase or Tableau. A track record of building systems and teams from scratch. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data. Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled environment.,
