As a Lead Consultant Quality at Infosys BPM, you will play a key role in crafting and delivering high-quality solutions to clients in the Quality Compliance Process Excellence space. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative and scalable solutions that meet quality standards and compliance regulations. Your role will require strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of process excellence frameworks. You will be responsible for designing service-based compliance frameworks and ensuring seamless integration into clients" business processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create Go-To-Market strategies, validate business opportunities, and provide thought leadership on concept papers within Infosys" guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end Quality solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in various sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, and Healthcare. - Analyze customer problems, gather data, and proactively identify risks to ensure the proposed solutions are effective. - Own the proposal development process, ensuring high-quality documentation and commercially viable solutions. - Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert consultation on Quality Compliance Process Excellence. - Collaborate with quality and sales teams to set the vision for service offerings and drive their successful implementation and optimization.
