Identify key priorities and align cross-functional teams around strategic objectives. CEO Office Projects: Drive mission-critical projects on behalf of the CEO/COO - ranging from growth strategy, market entry, M&A, org transformation, etc. Business Intelligence & Insights: Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer behavior, and operational data to inform strategic decisions. New Initiatives: Assess feasibility and build execution roadmaps for new business verticals, revenue streams, or product expansions. Stakeholder Management: Work with CXOs, product heads, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align on strategic initiatives. Board and Investor Communication: Support the preparation of board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews. The Successful Applicant Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, corporate strategy function, or CEO's office role at a high-growth organization. Strong academic credentials from a Tier-1 institution (e.g., IIMs, ISB, IITs, Ivy League or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to work on ambiguous, cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes. Highly analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; SQL/BI tools are a plus. Excellent communication skills - ability to influence and align stakeholders across levels.
