Job Description
As a NPD and Productization Scientist at DE3PBIO (by The Live Green Group Inc), you will be at the forefront of utilizing Big Databases (DBs), Artificial Intelligence - Machine Learning (AI-ML) and Precision Fermentation (PF) to research and develop Deep AFIs (Active Functional Ingredients) for application in Fortified Foods, Nutraceuticals, and Beauty/Cosmetics with exceptional efficiency and speed. Your role will involve expertise in Precision Fermentation both upstream and downstream, product formulation, productization, and product management. This full-time position based in NCR (India) will require you to travel and work at various sites across India, and occasionally abroad. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting research and development using various techniques such as Genetic Engineering, Fermentation, Bio/Enzymatic Transformation, Computational Biology, Tissue Culture, and Synthetic Biology, both upstream and downstream. Additionally, you will be involved in formulation and productization activities, collaborating with B2B clients in Consumer Products and Healthcare to translate R&D outcomes into commercially viable ingredients/products. Managing patents and publications, providing client support, overseeing teams and partners, ensuring QA/QC, and complying with regulatory standards will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a PhD in Biotech or a related field, possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Pharma, Nutra, or Beauty/Cosmetics industries, exhibit energy, dynamism, positivity, and strong management, analytical, and communication skills. It is important to note that this role is not a typical 9-5 job.
