You will be responsible for understanding the project requirement and scope by referring to the technical specification provided. Based on the customer's needs, you will need to recommend appropriate solutions using the JCI product portfolio. It is essential to validate assumptions made during solution design and prepare a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for the assigned projects. Your role will involve conducting a thorough review of specifications, ensuring a clear understanding of the specified requirements and system concepts. You will be expected to select HVAC equipment like AHUs, FCUs, CRAC, Fans, and Air cooled Chillers and apply them correctly. It is crucial to have an understanding of competitive products and highlight the advantages of the JCI portfolio while developing alternative and optional offers that align with the customer's needs and position JCI advantageously. Additionally, you will assist in creating customer communication documents such as quotations, summary reports, and detailed product compliance statements. You will also be involved in performing detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify cost savings or other benefits for the customer. Your focus should be on providing optimized solutions with accuracy and within the stipulated timeline.,
