Job Description

As a skilled AutoCAD drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D layout plans, sketches, and working drawings for coworking and managed office spaces. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as project engineers and other teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of requirements and spatial constraints. Your role will involve developing space planning options that not only enhance functionality and aesthetics but also ensure compliance with building norms. You will be tasked with creating furniture layout plans, partition drawings, ceiling and flooring layouts, as well as MEP coordination drawings. It will be crucial for you to incorporate feedback from design and project teams or clients and make revisions to drawings accordingly. You will also be expected to maintain the accuracy, scaling, completeness, and documentation standards of all drawings throughout the design phases. Furthermore, ensuring that all layouts adhere to safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide support to site teams by offering technical drawing clarifications when necessary. Overall, your role will play a vital part in the successful execution of projects by translating design briefs into precise and functional layout plans that meet the needs and standards of the coworking and managed office spaces.,
