Responsibilities Supervise daily laundry operations. Ensure all laundry processes meet quality and hygiene standards. Coordinate with other departments to meet laundry needs. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies. Address and resolve any issues in laundry operations. Maintain and ensure proper functioning of laundry equipment. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and update laundry procedures and protocols. Maintain accurate records of laundry operations. Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to departments. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or management is a plus. Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of laundry operations and equipment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in using laundry management software. Ability to lift and move heavy laundry items. Ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally. Ability to train and mentor new staff.
