Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team. As a Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to produce metal parts with precision and quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with both manual and CNC lathes, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in operating both manual and CNC lathes, familiarity with ISO standards, and a strong understanding of quality practices in machining. To be considered for this role, candidates should hold an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have proven experience as a lathe operator or in a similar position. The ability to read mechanical drawings, use precision measuring tools, and possess basic knowledge of machine maintenance are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate good physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in shifts if required.
