Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members regarding hardware issues.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in laptop hardware repair and maintenance.
