Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research, site visits, and feasibility studies for land parcels.
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, government bodies, and legal advisors.
Negotiate land deals and finalize terms and conditions in coordination with internal teams and legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, land use laws, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes, including title verification, legal clearances, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, technical) for timely closures.
Track and maintain acquisition pipeline, documentation, and progress reports.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of legal aspects of land acquisition and local regulatory environments.
Ability to travel frequently for site visits and negotiations.
Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
