Skill Set : 1.Chemical Analysis, Documentation, GLP,GMP, SQC, ISO-9001 & BIS analysis procedures 2.Good Communications, Co-ordination, Time Management, 3.Ready to accept the Changes & challenges in the workplace. Knowledge Rquired: 1. Instruments Like GC, KF, Halogen & IR Moisture Analyser, Hardness tester, Melting Point Analyser, COD & BOD Analyser. 2. Conventional & Instrumental methods of analysis of Pesticide & fumigants. 3. Knowledge of preparation of Chemical standard. Calibration, standardization & Verifications of chemical and Instruments. KRA: 1. Independently taking care of his/her shift. 2.Collecting Sample and Analysis of incoming Raw material, In process and Packing Material. 3.Online inspection of Finished & semi-finished goods running in the production plant. 4.Preparation, Standardization & Verifications the chemicals & Glasswares use in routine analysis. 5. Ensure the working environment is clean, safe & complying with safety by proper maintain 5s in the department. 6. Ready to accept Any other responsibilities given by HOD/Management from time to time.
