Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:

Manadatory Skills 

  1. Labor Law and Statutory Compliances 
  2. Handling of Labor Law and Statutory Compliances for Registered Unit under Shops and Establishment Act and Factories Act
  3. Handling of Labor Law and Statutory Compliances for Registered Office under Shops and Establishment Act Monthly Basis Recurring
  4. Preparation and Maintenance of Statutory Registers recurring through ought the year laid under respective Labour Acts Monthly Basis Recurring
  5. Periodical Updation of all statutory registers recurring on Monthly Basis
  6. Timely submission of all Online and Offline Labour Law and Statutory returns recurring Monthly/Quarterly/Annual
  7. Employment Exchange Returns 
  8. Labour Welfare fund Act Periodical Returns as applicable
  9. PoSH Act Returns Periodical Returns as applicable 
  10. Contract Labour Act – Management 
  11. Contract Labor registration certificate registration / amendment / closure 
  12. Handling and Timely closure of Inspections/Notices/Show cause/Summons
  13. PF, PT, ESIC Recurring Activities 
  14. Factory / Establishment registration certificate /renewal/amendment/ closure  
  15. Awareness regarding Display of statutory notices and abstracts
  16. Compliance support for accident or death cases as applicable
  17. Liaisoning with Labour and Statutory authorities
  18. Labour Law and Statutory Compliance Updation through Online and Offline Progress/Status update 
  19. Handling of Pollution Control Board Compliances i.e. Environment, Health and Safety specific to Industry domain requirement
