A Lab Technician is responsible for performing various laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data, and assisting scientists, researchers, or medical professionals in their work.Key Responsibilities:

Sample Collection and Preparation:Collect and label samples, specimens, or materials for analysis.Prepare and handle samples according to established protocols.Laboratory Testing and Analysis:Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, experiments, and procedures.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

Analyze and record test results accurately.Quality Control and Assurance:Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.Calibrate and validate equipment to maintain accuracy.Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes.

Data Recording and Documentation:Record experimental data, observations, and test results.Maintain organized and detailed laboratory records.Prepare reports and summaries of findings.

Inventory Management:Manage and replenish laboratory supplies and chemicals.Keep an inventory of materials and order supplies as needed.

Safety and Compliance:Follow safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.Adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
