Job Title: Lab Instructor (Medical) Department: Medical/Allied Sciences Required -Fresher Qualifications: Minimum: B.Sc. in Medical Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with prior lab handling or instructional experience. Job Summary: The Lab Instructor will be responsible for assisting in laboratory sessions, maintaining lab equipment, ensuring safety standards, and supporting students during practical classes in medical and allied health sciences. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the laboratory for practical sessions in coordination with faculty. Demonstrate experiments and assist students during lab work. Maintain inventory of lab equipment, tools, and chemicals. Ensure proper sanitization and safety protocols are followed. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment and assist in procurement processes. Maintain lab records, attendance, and assessment sheets. Support faculty in research or minor project guidance (if applicable). Coordinate with the academic department for smooth lab operations. Skills Required: Basic understanding of human biology, microbiology, and general medical sciences. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with laboratory safety standards.
