Job Description: Lab In-Charge We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lab In-Charge to manage and oversee the operations of our school laboratory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the science stream, particularly in Chemistry, along with relevant experience in handling school laboratories. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the science laboratory, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials required for practical sessions and experiments Maintain inventory of chemicals, glassware, and other lab supplies, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage Ensure strict adherence to lab safety protocols, guidelines, and proper waste disposal Assist teachers and students during laboratory sessions, providing guidance on experiments and equipment usage Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and is well-maintained Keep accurate records of experiments, chemicals, and lab usage as required Coordinate with school management and faculty to plan and organize lab-related activities Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in Science (preferably with a major in Chemistry) 1-2 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in a school environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and staff Good knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and experience in handling lab equipment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Laboratory techniques: 1 year (Preferred) Laboratory procedures: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
