Job Description: We are seeking a Blending Assistant to join our R&D (Research and Development) team. As a Blending Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the food technologists by blending ingredients and aiding in the creation of innovative food products. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and eager to kickstart their career. Your responsibilities will include assisting the food technologists in blending ingredients according to product specifications, participating in experiments and testing of new food items, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lab area, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols, documenting data and observations during product development, preparing samples for testing and analysis, managing inventory of ingredients and equipment, and completing any other tasks assigned by the R&D team. To qualify for this role, you should have completed 12th grade (Plus Two) as the minimum educational requirement. Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply and bring their enthusiasm and willingness to learn. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. In addition, there is a yearly bonus offered as part of the compensation package. The work location is in person, providing you with hands-on experience in a dynamic R&D environment.
