Job Description
You will be responsible for managing Active Directory, file server, web server (IIS, Apache, Nginx), and application server. This includes the installation, troubleshooting, and backup of Database Servers such as MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Your role will involve installing new Windows Server, Linux, and Desktop systems, as well as handling the installation and troubleshooting of Windows Server and Linux applications/software like VB, C#, .NET, etc. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of public cloud management services like AWS, Azure, etc. As an AI Solution Architect, you will manage virtual hypervisors like Hyper-V or Esxi, virtual machine/server management, and backup procedures. You will be responsible for troubleshooting basic server hardware and operating system issues, assisting in patch deployment and server upgrades, and monitoring server performance and availability while troubleshooting OS-related issues. Furthermore, you will respond to end-user issues escalated from Desktop Support and collaborate on ongoing IT projects as assigned.,
