Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Location: Bangalore Salary: Up to 6 LPA Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive KYC Analyst to join our compliance team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to ensure all client onboarding and account maintenance activities comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Job Responsibilities: Conduct KYC checks for onboarding new clients including identity verification, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening, sanctions screening, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required. Review and analyze client documentation to ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulatory requirements. Monitor and review customer accounts for suspicious activities, escalating as needed as per protocols. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all investigations. Work collaboratively with compliance, operations, and internal stakeholders for quick issue resolution. Adhere to strict deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks while ensuring high accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, EDD, or CDD. Strong understanding of financial crime risk management and compliance. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Immediate joiners preferred. Work Location Bangalore.
