Skill Required: - Qualified Graduate/Postgraduate/Masters in HR stream - Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement of HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development - Ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions - Strong soft skills including interpersonal, team, and communication skills (verbal and written) and a good team player Responsibilities: - Worked with National and Global HR vendors - Source, negotiate, and contract for Talent Acquisition engagements, L&D, and related professional services - Draft agreements/contracts/Purchase orders for vendor engagement - Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and develop category sourcing plans in HR categories - Run RFP process, evaluate the market, conduct supplier evaluation, cost benchmarking, spend management, and recommend vendors for Outsourcing business - Lead communications, systems, policies, procedures, processes, and management around supplier contracts, sourcing, and compliance requirements - Analyze spend and savings within categories, monitor contract compliance, usage of specific Learning and Development services - Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve internal client satisfaction - Coordinate, negotiate pricing/contract terms, establish supplier contracts for training programs - Raise Purchase requisitions for training programs and ensure Purchase Orders release Additional Responsibilities: - Liaison for managing Supplier Relationship Meetings, supporting Leadership in Forecast preparation - Prepare and Manage reporting processes such as Contract Savings, Expiration, Compliance - Contribute to program enhancements and new processes within Strategic Procurement QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate Equal employment opportunity information,
