Purpose:
Objective The Application Specialist would work with the Product Manager, asset Product Owner, Kongsberg (KDI) team to maintain and deploy the Product Backlog Items for the assets. Capture new requirements from business and translate in to PBI with KDI team. Coordinate with Support team on operational issues.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in understanding of Engineering data.
- Any skills in data management, PLM, integration of data sources, 3-D visualization concepts would be helpful.
- Knowledge of Aveva/ Assai OR Understanding of Engineering Data Warehouse and DMDC.
- Knowledge of AMS (Asset Management System) processes.
- Knowledge of API Concepts (Mulesoft integration) and how Integration & Visualization works would be preferred.
- Digital Twin is niche field so if a person has any basic understanding on the concept would help.
- Experience in Business Analyst, Demand management, Stakeholder Management, Customer Success, Project Management etc.
- Knowledge of agile software development concept and tools.
- Experience in writing the user stories.
- Required project management skills. Eg. Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Leadership.
- Knowledge of Application management, Application Development process, L1 & L2 Support, Admin work.
- Knowledge of Project to Product development in field of integration and visualization concept will be helpful.
- Proficiency of understanding IT System
- Knowledge : Business Understanding on how the Field Worker or Operator works and how the tasks is assigned using SAP Work Order, Permit Vision etc.
Platform(if any) This is a niche field so EDW knowledge, Engineering data understanding would be preferred. This is cloud based so Cloud / IoT concepts would help the person.
