Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of store associates. Responsibilities: Ensure that the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment conducive to a positive shopping experience for customers. Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and managing stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and overstocking. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to make informed decisions regarding product offerings, promotions, and pricing strategies. Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and loss prevention to safeguard company assets and minimize shrinkage. Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to store staff, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflicts or issues as they arise.
