Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Kiosk Attendant. In this role, you will ensure smooth operation , safety and comfort of passengers booking the App-cabs from Airport while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be adaptable to various situations, and have a strong commitment to passenger safety. Responsibilities: Greet passengers and guide them to their booked vehicles. Ensure smooth booking and on boarding experience. Assist passengers during any a foreseen situations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the drivers to ensure smooth operation. Stay up-to-date with company procedures and policies. Provide special assistance to elderly or disabled passengers. Requirements: Preferably certified in Aviation or Hospitality Management. Previous experience in Airport Customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and conflict situations Fluent in English /Hindi/Tamil.
