Job Description
Candidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud apps. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates should have prior Oracle Fusion HCM implementation consulting experience, with experience implementing Cloud Time and Labor. Candidates will perform remote functional Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients. Candidate should have exposure to configure and unit test the Time and Labor module based on the customers Requirement.,
