Job Description

Division: Direct Sales - Chennai HQ Responsibilities Work under the designated product divisions with a primary focus on promoting the respective products. Establish and develop direct billing clients, including hospitals, medical colleges, research institutes, and laboratories. Build and manage key customer accounts to strengthen the companys direct sales portfolio. Consistently achieve the assigned monthly sales targets and overall achievements. Maintain product pricing to ensure decent gross margins in adherence to company norms. Collaborate with the Direct Sales Head for regular reporting, strategic planning, and process improvements. Education and Experience Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a proven track record in key account management and direct sales.,
