You will be joining Pidilite as a Key Account Sales Executive based in Lucknow. With 3 to 13 years of experience in Project Sales, you will be responsible for engaging with key accounts in industries such as Cement, Paint, Construction Chemical, and Building Material. Your primary responsibilities will include working with builders to activate them and manage relationships effectively. Candidates with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the cement/paint industry will be preferred. Moreover, candidates with exposure to retail management are more desirable than those with a pure project sales background. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in this role to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
