Job Description
As a Sales Strategy Executive at Square Connect by Square Yards, your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand a robust channel partner (CP) network in Western Mumbai and Thane zone to drive sales effectively. You will focus on channel management by sourcing deals from CPs for new home sales and conducting regular meetings with them. It will be essential to activate new CPs in the assigned micro-market and ensure retention and engagement with the existing ones by providing necessary support. Staying updated with micro-market news, understanding competition, and identifying the right channel partners for specific projects will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be involved in organizing and managing workshops and events for channel partners while effectively managing any complaints from activated CPs. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-3 years of experience working with builders/developers in a sourcing team. Strong connections with brokers operating in the designated territory, owning a vehicle, and a proven track record of earning incentives in previous roles are desirable qualifications. The job location is preferably in Thane, but consideration can be given to candidates meeting all other criteria even if located in Andheri. Your salary will be in the range of 4L to 9L based on your experience and last drawn CTC.
