The Key Account Manager (KAM) role at Myntra in the Call Center department requires a candidate who holds a qualification of any graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year experience, or an MBA fresher. Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential for this position. The candidate should have a Versant Level of 4 and be willing to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts between 7 am to 9 pm for both female and male employees. The job offers a rotational off and requires working from the office. For an MBA fresher, the CTC can go up to 25,000/- per month with a take-home of 20,000/-. Experienced candidates can expect a CTC of up to 30,000/- per month with a take-home of up to 25,000/-. Additionally, there is a quarterly bonus of 4,065/-. The company is looking to fill 215 positions for this role. During the screening process for the Myntra KAM position, candidates will be asked the following questions: 1.
