Job Description
Responsibilities: Support senior sales managers in managing B2B distributors and Cash & Carry outlets. Visit stores/outlets regularly for product placement, order collection, and promotion tracking. Ensure availability and visibility of SKUs at customer locations. Maintain daily sales reports and assist with scheme implementation. Key Responsibilities: Own B2B and Cash & Carry sales targets for assigned geography. Develop strong relationships with bulk buyers, institutions, and wholesale accounts. Ensure listing, activation, and replenishment of SKUs at Cash & Carry partners. Manage promoters/merchandisers placed at stores and evaluate performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead regional strategy for offline B2B and Cash & Carry channels. Drive partnerships with large-format C&C chains and institutional buyers. Monitor regional KPIs: revenue growth, sales throughput, and inventory rotation. Align sales teams, trade marketing, and operations for synchronised execution.
