Responsibilities Provide services to assigned business partners and maintain strong channel partner relationships. Enhance business growth of franchisees as per the business plan. Travel and meet business partners at their registered addresses, providing support for their business growth. Mentor, coach, and activate Authorized Partners (APs). Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance. Drive service excellence to enhance the portfolio, control retention, and improve cross-selling of third-party products through APs. Involve, engage, motivate, develop, lead, and drive business. Ensure service excellence. Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring teams respond to business partner queries and requests in line with agreed deliverables. Deliver services effectively, meeting agreed service levels, targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), striving to add value wherever possible. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the broking/financial markets industry. Good quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer service and relationship management expertise. Good knowledge of financial markets. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
