Job Description
Location- Prabhadevi, Mumbai (WFO)- look for candidates from nearby only.
Education Qualification: B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computer Science- interested in client relation and excellent communication skills.
Experience- 1+ years
Relevant experience- 1 year is required
Budget- 3 LPA-7 LPA (Can be extended if the candidate is good)
Notice period- Immediate to 30 days (max)
Interview process- R1- HR Discussion (Online) + R2- Client round (F2F) + R3- HR Discussion (F2F).
First interview will be online, rest two will be F2F in office).
Mandatory skills needed:
1. Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills as they will be handling international clients.
2. Candidate needs to be from technical background having a good understanding of Web Development.

Job Description:
Develop and manage client portfolio
Monitor and manage project timelines
Review and present business proposal with client at all levels of management.
improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests
Provide Technical and Product Support
Setting up and conducting calls and meetings with clients Internationally.
Scoping projects in consultation with clients and the development team and creating approach notes and estimates/proposals.
Building credibility with client and being a trusted advisor
Closing the project - billing once the production cycle is complete.
Maintaining documentation - estimates/invoices.
Client on-boarding: NDAs, Agreements.
Client Relationship Management and regular check-ins to ensure health of the relationship.

Possess marketing skills
Experience in documentation

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree. Specialization in Communications or Marketing will be added advantage
Work experience of at least 1 year
Proficient in handling technology and software’s such as MS Office, Internet Technologies
Technical and ability to learn software programs
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
