Job Description

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the brand within all assigned MBOs.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for each MBO.
  • Monitor and manage profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control for all operations within the MBOs.
  • Implement and oversee promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and special events within MBOs to drive footfall and sales.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with MBO partners to secure optimal display spaces, promotional opportunities, and favorable terms.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently at all MBO points of sale, reflecting the brand's values and service standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency in terms of product presentation, customer interaction, and overall ambiance within the designated brand spaces in MBOs.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively guide customers and train the team.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with MBO management and staff to ensure smooth operations and mutual growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all operational and commercial matters between the brand and the MBOs.
